Pre listing and Pre purchase inspections take between 2-4 hours on average, depending on the square footage, age, and complexity of the property. Reports are delivered within 24 hrs of the inspection and include photos to help you understand the nature and general location of potential defects. Also providing you with information on home ownership.

Well Flow tests take 4 hours to complete and provide you with general information about your well including GPM (Gallons per minute), average flow, inspection of all visible well components, and general maintenance information about a owning a private well.

Water quality testing includes multiple samples be taken on site and delivered to an EPA certified laboratory. Results vary from 3 days to a week depending on scope of test.

Heating and Cooling Systems: furnace, air cleaning parts, ductwork, electronic carbon monoxide testing, electric gas sniffer testing, air conditioner and lines, and other visible related HVAC components
Electrical Systems: service entry and clearances, service panel, switches and outlets, visible wiring and junction boxes, grounding system, and other related electrical components
Basements: Crawl Spaces, and Foundation: insulation, ventilation, posts, vapor barriers, utility attachment, structural items, floors, walls, and columns
